Radiant tube burners are particularly effective for high-intensity steam applications, often as a section of a hybrid tunnel oven. Heat is applied indirectly or semi-indirectly using radiant tube burners. Steam can be introduced via stainless steel lances across the width of the conveyor belt. This concept is unique to BABBCO ovens.
